How do I care for my pet gifts items?

All the collars and halters from buddyandfriends.com come can be placed in the wash and air dry for best results.

How are Buddy and Friends constructed ?

All items are high quality handmade in the USA with top-quality materials to create an excellent quality collar, harness or lead for your best friend. All items are constructed with four layers of fabric and and lining for extra strenght.  All hardware is top quality: contoured zinc die cast side release buckles, durable slip lock buckles, cast D-rings and heavy nickel plate swivel snap hooks.

If your buddy is a chewer please be careful most collars today are not chew proof. Items are not commended for tieout.

Items made for Yellow Dog are light weight webbibng also made in the USA along with The Haute Horse halters and leads.

All of our items have been selected for their excellent and we will replace upon inspection for manufacture defects. Unfortunately, we can not replace items that have been damaged by improper use.

What is your shipping policy?

Items are shipped via USPS First Class mail. A flat rate of $5.00 for items shipped within the United States (delivery confirmation included). Orders totaling $100 and over qualify for USPS Priority Mail. If you would like your order shipped using another method, please email your request.

Customers outside of the United States should e-mail customerservice@buddyandfriends.com. to determine international shipping rates.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Refunds:

BuddyandFriends.com wants all of our pets to be happy. Items may be returned for refunds within 10 days and a refund will be applied to your account after inspection.  There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

Exchanges:

BuddyandFriends.com wants all of our pets to be happy. Items may be exchanged within 10 days.  Please measure your pet carefully and consult our size charts for an accurate fit!

Before you can return an item for refund or exchange, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization by sending an e-mail to customerservice@buddyandfriends.com. Merchandise must be returned in "as-new" condition with original receipt and all tags intact. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase after the items are received by swankyet.net. All returned merchandise must be sent with delivery confirmation or tracking information.

All returns must be accompanied by an e-mail notification to customerservice@buddyandfriends.com. detailing shipment tracking information. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for items returned without prior authorization.

Do you offer gift cards?

When will my order ship?

All orders are filled within 7-10 days. If there is an unexpected delay in shipping, you will receive email notification.
